We reserve the right to substitute items/flowers due to them not being available or in season. We will provide an equal quality/value replacement item/flower. In the event we can not fullfill an order at all we will contact you to discuss other options.

WHAT can be returned?

Any item can be returned within a 24 hour time frame. The item must be in orginal container/vase and intact like delivered.

 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Items need to be returned to The FlowerLoft – 4611 Elida Rd

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday from 9-2pm

 

SHIPPING for returns?

Delivery Charges are non refundedable since the delivery was made.

 

CREDIT for returns?
